Powders
We have 5 Mixers, all installed in separate rooms

• Mixers with capacities ranging from 400 Litres to 8.000 Litres per batch
• Pasteurisation
• Each mixer and room can be wet cleaned
• Careful handling of the raw materials (no mechanical treatment before the mixing process)
• Handling of raw materials in both sacks and big bags
• Spraying with oils for dust suppression
• Sifting and grinding

As protection against pollutions like undue distribution of powder or absorption of humidity the plants are mounted in rooms with dehumidifiers and controlled air in- and outlets.

Liquids
• Mixing tanks for liquids 
• Pasteurizing
• Filling of sachets, bottles, jars, buckets, pallet size containers etc..
